Plná moc k zastupování při převodu nemovitosti

Já, níže podepsaný ………………….., nar.. …………………..………, trvale bytem na adrese …………………., uděluji tímto plnou moc a zmocňuji pana …………………………………., nar. ………..…, bytem na adrese ………………………………….., aby mne zastupoval při jednáních s třetími osobami při sjednávání nákupu (prodeje) nemovitosti ……………………………….., na adrese …………………………….., zapsané na LV č. ………………. u Katastrálního úřadu pro ............... kraj se sídlem v ………………, Katastrálního pracoviště ………. , pro katastrální území …………………………… .

Tato plná moc se vztahuje jak k uzavření (podpisu) kupní smlouvy s prodávajícím (kupujícím) a dále pro úhradu kupní ceny. Plná moc zmocňuje zmocněnce i k veškerým úkonům potřebným pro jednání s Katastrálním úřadem ve věci zapsání nemovitosti na mé jméno a toto se týká podepisování všech úředních listin a dokumentů.

Plná moc zaniká dnem zapsání předmětné nemovitosti do Katastru nemovitostí na jméno zmocnitele.
